Kayla is a communications and design professional who believes in the power of creative storytelling to advance social impact.

As the Digital Communication and Design Strategist at MCAEL, she blends creativity with strategic communications and marketing to develop digital campaigns, strengthen organizational branding, and use visual storytelling to make information more accessible, engaging, and meaningful for the diverse communities she serves.

She is a proud alumna of Montgomery College and the University of Maryland with three degrees within the field of Graphic Design & Communications and a minor in Marketing..

When she’s not designing, Kay can be found testing out new pastry recipes on her friends and family or re-watching The Office for the 11^th time.
