November 28, 2023 - Congratulations to Cecilia Rojas!

We are thrilled to celebrate the achievements of Cecilia Rojas, longtime Program Director for MCAEL partner Community Reach of Montgomery County and founding member of MCAEL’s Board of Directors. Cecilia has made an indelible impact on thousands of English language learners over the years and on Montgomery County as a whole. Congratulations!
